Your account
You can play as a guest without an account. To keep your progress and move it between devices, you can create an account with Apple, Google or email. You are responsible for keeping your account secure; don't transfer or sell it.
Guest progress is tied to your device and guest ID. We recommend creating an account before deleting the app or changing devices; otherwise your progress may not be recoverable.
Conduct
Please play fairly and respectfully. The following are not allowed:
- Display names that harass, insult, are obscene or contain personal information,
- Cheats, bots, automation or modified clients, or exploiting bugs to your advantage,
- Attempting unauthorised access to our servers or disrupting the service,
- Buying or selling accounts, virtual currency or items outside the Game.
If these rules are broken we may change the display name, remove unfairly gained rewards, remove the player from rankings or close the account.
Virtual currency and items
Coins, gems, tools (such as the Garden Trowel, Magnifier and Bee), decorations and other virtual items are a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the Game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another account.
To keep the Game balanced we may change rewards, prices and the properties of virtual items. We don't reclaim virtual currency you have bought because of such changes.
The Garden Pass is valid for one 28-day season; when the season ends, the season's rewards reset.
Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are made through the Apple App Store, and Apple processes the payment. Prices are shown in the store, including applicable taxes. Purchased items are added to your account once payment is confirmed.
Virtual currency and bundles are digital content delivered immediately, so statutory withdrawal rights may not apply where the law allows this. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its rules at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If Apple refunds a purchase, the items granted by that purchase are removed from your balance. If they have already been spent, the remaining amount may be deducted from your future earnings.
No-ads bundles are permanent. On a new device, use “Restore purchases” in the Store with the same Apple ID.
Intellectual property
The Game's code, art, sounds, characters, puzzles and word content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute or use them commercially outside the Game.
Changes to the Game and ending it
We keep developing the Game; features may be added, changed or removed. If we have to shut the Game down entirely, we will announce it in the Game a reasonable time in advance.
You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
We work to keep the Game running without interruptions or errors but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
Apple terms
These terms apply together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in and may apply to its consumer dispute bodies and courts.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms we change the date at the top of this page and announce important changes in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
